What we do not do

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and does not use analytics. We do not build a profile of you.

Technical data

To deliver and secure the website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) temporarily processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details. We do not use this data to identify you.

Videos

Videos are hosted on YouTube. They are only loaded when you click play, via the privacy-friendly domain youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment Google may process data about you under its own privacy policy. Without a click, no data is sent to YouTube.

Contact via WhatsApp or email

If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we use the information you send (such as your name, number or email address and your message) to reply. We keep it as long as needed for the contact or a possible assignment. WhatsApp is a service of Meta; their own terms apply to WhatsApp.

FAQ chat

The chat on the website runs in your own browser. The questions you type are not sent and not stored.

External links

Our site links to other websites, such as Instagram. Their own privacy statements apply to those sites.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. Send a message to info@filmshape.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If our website changes, for example by adding a contact form or analytics, we will update this statement before that goes live.
